I’ve been searching around looking for some J-Pop! 
I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions. Specifically, I like hyper, perky music with synthesizers. It also occurred to me that I have no male artists on my iPod! :O mainly because I can’t find any male Japanese artists with hyper perky music XD if you can, tell me! Thanks!

hands down, JE (Johnny’s Entertainment) bands. I definitely recommend Arashi for hyper songs. V6, NEWS, Hey!Say!JUMP also have a lot of hyper music to
TMR/TM Revolution (kind of dance-like music)
WaT (thought they aren’t necessarily über perky)
Koike Teppei (being the “T” of the aforementioned band, the same goes for him)
DJ OZMA
Suga Shikao (he can range from uppity to soothing)
As mentioned above, JE is good. Two I’d recommend that weren’t listed there are Tackey & Tsubasa and KAT-TUN
i totally love gyaruru too . if you liek those kind of you should try misono , mini moni ,sifow,hinoi team morning musume ,maki goto ,ayumi hamasaki ( at her debut) and perfume.
